16 April 2016 Can anyone please provide me with minutes of the first meeting held by CSR committee?

18 April 2016 After constitution of the CSR Committee the first meeting of the CSR Committee will be held to transact, interalia, following matters:
1. To note the constitution of the committee;
2. To recommend the CSR policy;
3. To decide the CSR Budget for the year;
4. To decide the activities for the CSR expenditure;
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

W.e.f. the next meeting a report of the expenditure in CSR will also be placed.
