modules are best as u can be assured for 55+ in case if u study properly and write the lang of modules

Check out the Academic Corner of ICAI regarding applicability of Companies Act 2013 for Dec 2014 exam. You will also find updated study material under both old and new syllabus. Material of ICSI is best for preparation.
