23 August 2014 dear experts, due to latest amendments for companies act 2013 there has been vast reshuffling of the syllabus. in this context i ask u which is the best book available in thw market from where i could study company law and clear the exam. This should as per old registration. thank u

23 August 2014 The best book would be the updated Study Material of the Institute. Also refer to some useful materials from Academic Corner of ICSI from link given below--

23 August 2014 Yes you are right. There has been a huge reshuffling in syllabus due to the applicability of Companies Act, 2013.

As far as preparation of Companies Act 2013 is concerned, refer the book of Munish Bhandari as new book is now available.

I would also suggest you to buy company law bare act or you may download the same from internet.
