Thank u for your reply....but still i am unable to fill the form.I could only make the payment and that i did.
But form....i cant see it online as we do in CA.

Anuradha CS online exam form totally differs to CA. Like CA CS not required fill all the details it automatically fills our details by providing our registration no so CS just requires, Modules to attempt, Medium, examinations center because these three is our choice. So no any required so it's not like CA so don't worry regard this and don't go doubt and confusion. However you need not to send physical for to ICAI like CA. In case your photo and signature not appearing on the first page of the screen after you login then just mail to rajesh.sharma@icsi.edu for attach this follow the instructions at the exam form filling place.
