20 June 2013 Our client need to transfer their Cash Credit account from SBI to BOB.

BOB is asking for credit report from SBI.

I need to know what are the contents of this report and how they prepare it.

13 February 2015 Credit report contains following important aspects:
1. Constitution/Address/name of partners-Directors etc.
2. nature and quantum of Credit limits/banking Account
3.Since when established and banking with the concern Bank.
4. Nature of Business and the allied activities known to the bank
5.net Means of the Company/Firm/Directors/partners
6. Names and address of the Associate Concerns of the firm/company.
7. Experience as to their dealings (BRIEF WRITE-UP)
8. Health status/Asset Classification of the account.
