As per my knowledge it is now mandatory to take credit rating in all IPO and publish it in to prospectus but i have observed this statement "As this is an offer of Equity Shares, there is no credit rating for the Offer." in Narayana Hrudalaya IPO. I am confused on this point.

In case of issuances of you need to take Credit Ratings and period of Credit Ratings should not be greater than maturity of the Debt Instruments.
