Dear Sir,
we are a manufacturing company and service provider (Tailor) charged srvice tax on stiching uniform . can we take the credit of serivce tax .

If you are paying excise duty on such uniform you can take credit.
your activity will not be subject to service tax,
since stitching cloth is ‘manufacture’ and hence outside the service tax net.
