Dear All
We are taking service tax on Rent-a-cab service. No service tax credit is allowed after 01.4.2011. Can we take service tax credit of service received up to 31.03.211
Where:
1)We have not received service tax bill till 31.03.2011.
2)We have received service tax bill upto 31.03.2011 but payment has not been made till 31.03.2011.
