I used my personal credit card to pay office expenses and got re-imbursement. AMount was approx. 15L which I spent through my credit card. Now ITO officer wants an explanation. My bank statement shows fund transfer from office to my account. Is this sufficient? Please suggest.

It is sufficient and proof of evidence to claim the re-imbursement of expenses. If any required you can also take a certification regarding re-imbursement of expenses from your office.
