I am buyer (A Ltd), purchase goods from (B Ltd) on which excise is not applicale, only Vat is applicabe.
company B Ltd. Purchase Goods from C Ltd,. on company C Ltd. excise is applicabe.
now; company C ltd. directly send goods to A Ltd. . i have challan on which following details are mentioned
Buyer name; B Ltd
consignee name ; A ltd (availing modvat)
and B Ltd issue separate invoice to A ltd on which only vat is mentioned
I want to know on the basis of C ltd challan I (A LTD MANUFACTURER) can avail credit or not ????
plz reply me with reference to Rule .....
