sir,
we have got sawcause notice from excise dept.
we are give a reply of saw cause notice.
but now our management decided that
we are not figting against this sawcause notice and ready to pay all demand in debited in part II RG 23 A.
sir can any body tell me -- can i paid this debited amount of demanded in saw cause notice.
sir also infrom me that is it paid with panelty ?
if yes but how many panelty ?
case is wrongly take a credit ?
