I have passed m.com in correspondence course in Alagappa university. I obtained only 53% marks. Now three major subject makrs are 58% Can i eligible to direct entry in IPCC exam (exempt from CPT)

The marks of ALL the subject are considered for calculating 55% and NOT the best 3.
Since your aggregate score is less than 55%, you are not eligible for direct entry into IPCC.
You will have to clear CPT.
