If the Govt has approved the CPT Exemption can i eligible for IPCC,I has passed B.com with 54.65% in april 2012 Pls tell me........

The Notification issued by Institute on 23.2.2012 for direct registration in IPCC by graduate student. After this notification, no further intimation was given by Institute on the same matter.

So, i will suggest you to contact the nearest Institute on the same subject.
