AFTER CPT WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS WE CAN REGISTER FOR IPCC.
SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS LIMITED TIME FOR REGISTRATION OF IPCC.

I would suggest you to get yourself registered as early as possible.
I do not think there is any minimum time prescribed for registration purpose.
