I am a non - resident member and not holding certificate of practice. I have met the yearly CPE requirement and want to submit that to the Institute in India. Can anyone please let me know how would I do so. Is there an email address to which I can send the certificate and ask any further queries.
Also, for non-residents, meeting the CPE requirements of local CA institutes is considered as having met ICAI requirement, right?

If you have secured the CPE hours through unstructured learning (maximum 10 hours per annum) ,pl send the form Annesure-1(available in https://www.cpeicai.org/Ann%205.pdf)to the concerned regional council of the ICAI to which you belong on or before the extended date of 31/03/2011 for the calender year 2010. If the meetings in local ICAI chapters carries CPE credit hours, attending those meetings will suffice otherwise not. In such cases,as you know they are called structured learning, for which your attendance will be reported to ICAI by the chapter itself meaning thereby your CPE hours will be automatically recorded for which documentary compliance from your part is not required.
