CPE hours for Members of ICAI

Hi,
what will happen if person has not completed CPE hours in last 4 years,

till now, ICAI is considerate enough to consider the such cases sympathetically. But at the other extreme, it has the power to cancell the membership/ certificate of practice in appropriate cases.

its block of three year , if not complete cpe hours, then double of short fall complete in next year.
