I get a software electronically and later copy the same into CD's or DVD's later sell the same does the COO be India or from where I imported from. Thanks in advance.

As per Custom Law Article 7... Software copy is having the country of Origin from where you purchase it...
Article 7 also says that in case of harvesting, exploiting or producing is treated the place where harvesting, exploiting or producing is done..
