How make cost Cutting ?

is any have idea or any list regarding we make cost cutting in my company ?

Cost rationalisation can be done many ways however it should not impact the operation and customer. Again it depends in which industry you are. Ist you need to arrest all unnecessary expenses. For an example if certain band and above can be travel by Air than make a rule that overnight journey to be done by train only some thing like that.

For cost rationalisation you have analise all the cost in nore than one angle and take a call. In any organisation in every cost there will be some inefficency and you need to identify and arrest that by bringing a rule in the organisation.

As this common things , we are mfg. company
& many types of exp. are comes in P&L A/c.
this is very difficult to mark any value to any exp. but is that any list about that we can control this type of exp. in any type of bussiness ??? & how ???

Because I need practical guidance.....

Cost cutting can be done in following ways

1. Printing can be given in one sided paper that is what we given previously considered waste.

2. Traveling expenses can be cut. Persons can go in public transport.
