Hiii Girish,
The cost Audit can be conducted by-
A CA having prescribed qualifications, if the central goverment is of the opinion that suffient number of cost accountants are not available for conducting the audit of cost accounts of Companies.However, it has to issue a notification with regards to this and has to specify period for which notification is applicable.....!!!!
