07 May 2014 An employee who is working in our organisation as a Manager Accounts and is looking all the taxation and handled some HR work and some Import Export documentation.
In accounts work he is looking TDS Salary & other then salary, Service Tax, Sale Tax, Excise records, BRS, Calculation of Bank Interest, making of Bank Guarantees etc.
In HR work he is looking making attendance sheet, records maintenance of every employee with full n final settlements, calculation of PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus as per bonus act and liasoning with all related department etc.

Sir i need to calculate the cost to company of this employee.
