Correction in Company Master data

Hello Everyone,
i am associated with a limited company whose authorised capital in master data is incorrect and we want to increase our authorised share capital.
How can w do this and what we need to do.

If data in maseter data is incorrect then there is an option for correction of the same. Take the printout of that masterdata format, tick against what you want to be corrected, attach all the proofs in support of your data with that form and send it to the concerned ROC under signature of the authorised director.
For increasing the authorised capital, you need to file Form 5 with MCA.

A Board resolution for the correction of master data is also required by ROC people. Keep that in mind.
