I have deposited TDS amt online today 30.04.2013 but Wrongly put TAN NO.DELN09061D Inplace of Tan No. DELN03623E
please suggest how I Correct the challan.

30 April 2013 You need to write a letter to you TDS officer along with an bond, he has the power to change it.
