corpus fund whether it is taxable under capital gain tax

when? at the time of formation of corpus?......No it is not taxable under capital gain at the time of formation of trust....(In the scheme of redevelopement of housing society, many a builders are agreeing to deposit a huge sum in the CORPUS of the society. The same is taxable in the hands of Society, if it is given for the redevelopement)
