Is Csr applicable from 2014-15?
If it is applicable, will Co be paying the amount from 13-14 profit to start the process for coming year??

CSR is applicable from 1/4/14 (FY 2014-15). Accordingly the company has to spend money during the FY 14-15.
The amount to be expended should be 3% of the average profits of FY 11-12, 12-13 & 13-14.
