I would like to clarify some doubt regarding Company Registration
Whether Overseas Citizen of India & a NRI can start a Pvt Ltd in India?
or
Compulsorily one Resident is required to start a Pvt Ltd?

Not compulsory, but after incorporation every company shall have at least one
director who has stayed in India for a total period of not less than one hundred
and eighty-two days in the previous calendar year.
