16 June 2013 Hi expert,

Have heard about the new companies bill.

Am unable to understand to what extent the existing topics in corporate law would be changed.

May I buy the books - practice manual and class notes now if I plan to appear in May 14? Pls. suggest.

Till date the New Companies Bill 2012 is still pending for approval in Rajya Sabha, so we can not says on it that it will be applicable in May 2014 or not.

I will suggest you to read existing Companies Act, 1956.

companies bill was yet to pass in rajyasabha and also it needs to be approved by president of india..

we cannot estimate applicability for may 2014..
**i don't think it will be applicable for may 2014..
