18 June 2009 Sirs, can anyone explain me that who are required to sign Corporate Governance report. Is there any duty of statutory auditor to check the corporate governance.

19 June 2009 Corporate Governance report under clause 49 of Listing Agreement may be signed by company secretary of the Company who is also compliance officer of the company.

No, there is no duty of statutory auditor to check the corporate governance report.
