11 July 2012 one of the requirement of clause 49 of listing agrement is to disclose whether the company had paid fees to stock exchange in which it register or not.I want to know the said fees related to current financial year (i.e 2011-2012) or for the next financial year (i.e 2012-13) because the said fees was paid in the very first month for the whole year ?

12 July 2012 In corporate governance report for the year 2011-12, you have to disclose in General Share holder Information section that whether the Company has paid annual listing fees to Stock Exchanges for the financial year 2012-13.
