I am working in finance department of a company so i hav to prepare a project finance report so that our company can take loan for its project so will suggest me that before preparing this report what are the docments are required and and our comonay is telecommunication networking testing co. so how this procedure is to be done..

- Whether going for Working Capital loan or Term Loan or both?
- if going for both then you have to prepare
*Project cost i.e. capital expenditure and working capital margin
* Means of finance i.e. Promoters Contribution and banks finance(both working capital and Term Loan)
* For Capital expenditure Quotations required (purchase of machinery and any assets)
* Working capital (supply agreements, list of clients, suppliers and vendors, employment details, power required, license copies etc.)
* Pre-operative expenditure details
* collateral security offered (xerox land and building deeds copies)
