I want copy of answer book along with valuation by ICAI had in the month of June 2009. How can I get it

There is no such effective and legal provision of getting answer book. You may confirm the same from concerned ICAI official. I think you should focus on your preperation.

10 November 2009 You can apply under R T I. Bombay & Delhi high courts have already given their Verdicts in this issue on cases filed by some students. & the hon.courts have made it clear in their judgement that Answer books fall within the perview of RTI 7 Institute of CA cannot refuse to give the answer books. Even the stay order granted to ICAI in this regard is lifted & Incase of case filed by one student at Bombay the Hon Bombay high court had very categorically ordered ICAI to give the answer books to the student. So you please apply under RTI & you will get the answer books
