06 May 2010 I had recently been granted COP. I also menitoned 3 firm names for my prop. firm in the form no. 2. But had not yet filled form no. 117 & form no. 18.
Now i want to join a CA firm as paid assistant.
Can i do so? I dnt want to surrender COP.
Also while working as a paid assistant, can i attest any document/tax audit in my personal capability?
