kindly explain me the procedure for converting Huf firm in to Pvt.ltd.co please explain me the impect on tax liabilities , bookes of account, positions of stocks,drs.and creditors.

u need to appoint lawyer for this who will legally convert into pvt ltd, for tax effect there is tax exemption or transfer of cpital asset with certain condition to be followed, books of accounts refer sec209 of companies act.
