My dealer (proprietor) is registered under MVAT Act and he want to convert into partnership .what is the procedure for the same ?? what are the documents required for registration

YOU CAN NOT CONVERT PROPRIETORSHIP INTO PARTNERSHIP, YOU HAVE TO FORM NEW PARTNERSHIP FIRM . FIRST YOU HAVE CREATE PARTNERSHIP DEED THAN YOU CAN REGISTER THE SAME , OBTAIN PAN IN THE NAME OF FIRM ,.
PAN OF FIRM , DEED , PHOTOS OF PARTNER , RENTAL AGREEMENT OF PREMISES ,ELECTRICITY BILL COPY LATEST OF PREMISES, PAN OF PARTNERS , ADDRESS PROOF OF PARTNERS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION.
PAN OF FIRM , DEED , PHOTOS OF PARTNER , RENTAL AGREEMENT OF PREMISES ,ELECTRICITY BILL COPY LATEST OF PREMISES, PAN OF PARTNERS , ADDRESS PROOF OF PARTNERS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION.
