13 March 2014 I have a private limited company incorprated in 2006.The owner of the co.desires to convert such company into one person Company (OPC)as per New Companies Act 2013. whether such private Limited Co.can be converted into OPC.
If yes, Then provide me the complete procedure for converting Pvt.Ltd. into OPC and what are the legal consequences thereof.

13 March 2014 well MCA has not notified any rules yet...they all are in draft mode. so wait till mca notifies the rules
