Can anyone please explain in detail the advantages and disadvantages of converting a partnership firm into a privated limited company

Partnership or LLP or Pvt Ltd are the ways of running any business.
Basically in Partnerhship the liability of Partner is unlimited which is limited in case of LLP or Pvt Ltd Form.
