Our company has been converted from Private Limited to Limited company.

Please let me know the status would be treated from which date i.e the date on which SHAREHOLDERS PASSED THE NECESSARY RESOLUTION or
DATE ON WHICH ROC issued the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation.

20 March 2010 Company would be treated public limited company from the date on which it got approval i.e. the date which is mentioned on COI.
