Convening of annual general meeting

my company is listed one and as per amended clause 41 of the listing agreement we have to submit audited result for the last quarter along with the whole financial year result.
Now my query is will it be ok if we convene annual general meeting after the publishing the audited result somewhere around august or September??

As per clause 41 of listing Agreement the result will be adopted by Board on or before 29 may and it will be publish with in 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting.
Clause 41 not talking about AGM. So u can called AGM in August or September.
