I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM ROCTHAT FROM MY P/L ACCOUNT THAT THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM SALES TRANSECTIONS IS NOT DISCLOSED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER ON THE FACE OF PROFIT & LOSS :

Section 211 (7) and (8) gives the answer, means imprisonment extending to 6 months or with fine which may extend to Rs.10000/- or with both.
