Continuation of CA studies

Dear Sir,
I had completed my B.Com in 1993 and enrolled myself for CA Articles and completed my articleship in 1996. Due to various domestic problems I could not concentrate on my studies and did not appear for exams though I got my eligibility certificates for two groups.
My question is Can I now continue my CA by appearing for the exams. If yes what is the procedure. Please help me. My mail ID is mrckiran@rediffmail.com

I Think it is batter to contact to ICAI Beanch office or Head office for this purpose.
