continuation of Articleship

22 July 2011 due to an unavoidable reason i had discontinued my articleship training just short of 7 months of course completion/articleship completion and the period of leave last for 1.5 years.Now I want to continue with my articleship for the balance period of 7 months,can I ?,or is it necessary to do the entire period of 3 years again.

22 July 2011 If your article ship is completed then file form No. 108 and take the extension for which I think again you have to file 107. You serve the balance period your article shall be completed. In case you have not filed form No. 108 the same can be filed with fine.
