Consumption - clsg stocks

14 May 2012 We use op rm + purchase - clg stk = conbsumption.
now this month the rm% to sales has gone down to 25% - FG is very high.

what else can be the reason, purchases are ok

any clues what esle should be checked.

You need to first of all check the sales as to whether it has decreased on an overall basis. The basic reason of low sales can be shortage of marketing staff or decline in market demand. Incorrect pricing of goods according to market condition can also be one of the cause.

15 May 2012 Yes sales is very low this month, becouse of slow market & low production.

thanks for the advise, do let me know if at all any other areas to be checked/investigated in detail.
