Which one of the two is more benificial.
Being hired as a Consultant or as a Salaried Employee.
I'm hired as a manager finance in a non-profit organisation and I need to figure out what sort of arrangement between me and the ngo works out better for me on planning my taxes. Should I be hired as a Consultant where i'd be getting professional fees on a monthly basis or as a salaried employee.
My negotiated salary is 6.5 lacs. Could some1 please give me a calculation of the two comparisons.

It is better to get professional fees. You can show certain expenses like car exp, depreciation , telephone expenses etc.
