23 August 2012 A unlisted company prepares consolidated financial statement for some financial years for the purpose of listing, but unfortunately it could not get listed. Now whether it is mandatory for that unlisted company to prepare consolidated financial statements in future also?

23 August 2012 No, not mandatory as the idea of listing is dropped. But as a good practice, one may continue with the preparation of consolidated statements.
