Dear Sir/Madam
Is it mandatory for filing Form 23B for the year 2007-08?
If yes, is there any fine or penatly for the same?
If we have not filed is it required to file the same now for purpose of SRN No. or can we file the Annual Return by just putting z999999?

z should be in capital letter. 9 should be 8 times.
