Consent of icai for termination of atricles

19 July 2012 consent of icai is required prior to signing of form no:109......how could i get that approval should it be writing by a letter or there is some procedure or format???? plz reply as soon as possible

21 July 2012 You can make application for the same.The application can be filed along with consent of principal.If consent of principal is not given there in application form, the same can be rejected by the Institute.
After getting the approval from institute,you can fill form no 109,which can be downloaded from here :-

First application made by you will be made on plain paper which would include signature of both (yours and your principal. The application should also state the reason for which termination/transfer is needed.
