Can any one tell Diff b/w Form 24AA & MBP -1....?

Both forms 24AA & mbp-1 are the same. They are relating to disclosure of interest by directors. The Form 24AA was prescribed under the old companies act, 1956 whereas form MBP-1 is the format of disclosure prescribed under the new companies act, 2013.
