Sub:- I.T Return-belated filing –condonation of delay- request for
Ref:- PANo. .................. - Asst. Yr. 2015-16

I am an income tax assessee in the rolls of the Assessing Officer, Non-Corp Ward- 1

(1) Kochi. The tax matters of myself was looked into by my father and therefore I did

not check whether the return of income for the assessment year 2015-16 was filed

in time.

Now my father is no more and I found that the return of income has not been filed

perhaps due to an omission due to his old age sickness.

I have , therefore, computed the total taxable income at Rs. 8,15,030/- and the tax

refund thereon after deducting TDS is Rs.81,297/-

I, therefore, request that the delay may be condoned and orders may be issued so

as to file the return of income and to seek the refund thereon.
