Concurrent audit of private banks (ie. icici bank)

Can you please share me the procedure to get concurrent audits of a private banks (Icici Bank, Hdfc Bank)
Apart from the above what kind of work a private bank can give to a CA firm for outsourcing.

20 September 2012 TDS return is one big area where bankers need the expertise of CA. Most of the banks have online registration for empanelment of the concurrent auditors.
