Concessional scheme for filing annaul return

19 October 2011 Respected Sir,

Is There any concessional scheme is going on for filing of Old Annual returns under Companies Act, 1956.

If yes then how much is the concession in Penalty???

If some one has filed Paper Return by Registered Post and Efiling has not been done since starting of E-filing. What are the remedies for that company? Should it file annual returns again through e filing???
