I have heard that 3 months resi. course will be made compulsory.
Is that a rumour or is there is any possibility of making the 3 months compulsory?

its rumour only , their are no proposal for this regard till date.

Though there is no formal information as yet, but senior CAs want & claim to implement the 3 months compulsory GMCS soon.
but till then...enjoy with 15 days program
